Long Beach Woman Charged in Burglary Spree
Police believe she and a Broad Channel man hit three businesses in three towns over three hours.
A Long Beach woman was arrested for a series of burglaries along the South Shore on Thursday.
Nicole Bostantzoglou, 23, of Long Beach and Anthony Dunn, 25, of Broad Channel, were arrested and charged with burglary in Oceanside at 3 a.m. after Nassau County police officers responded to an alarm at Bed, Bath & Beyond, at 3600 Long Beach Rd., and found the storage trailers there were broken into. A pair of bolt cutters, as well as Xanax and a substance deemed to be heroin, were recovered from the defendants at the scene.
An investigation revealed that the suspects were responsible for a burglary at a Dairy Barn in Merrick, at 2081 Merrick Road, at 2 a.m., and a Dairy Barn in Seaford, at 3990 Jerusalem Ave., at 1:30 a.m. on March 10.

Both Bostantzoglou and Dunn were charged with five counts of third-degree burglary, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools. They will be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Friday.
