$1M Mega Millions 2nd-Prize Winning Ticket Sold In Mid-Hudson Valley
There were a total of four second-prize winning tickets sold in New York.

NEWBURGH, NY — There were four second-prize winning tickets sold in New York for the Jan. 13 Mega Millions drawing, including one in the mid-Hudson Valley.
The second-prize winning ticket, worth $1 million, was purchased at Smokes 4 Less at 59 North Plank Rd in Newburgh.
Other second-prize winning tickets purchased in New York were sold in Plainview, Manhattan and Long Island City.

There was one winning ticket for the $1.35 billion jackpot for the Jan. 13 drawing sold in Maine, according to the New York Lottery website.
The winning numbers were 30-43-45-46-61 with a Mega Ball of 14.

To win a second prize of $1 million, all five numbers, without the Mega ball, had to be correctly picked.
Winning numbers for the Mega Millions gave are drawn from a field of one to 70. The Mega Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 25.
Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 11 p.m.
