Pedicab Hijacked While Driver Gets Bite, Police Say
Four men hijacked a pedicab in Hell's Kitchen when the driver parked it on the street to get some dinner.
HELL'S KITCHEN, NY —The NYPD is trying to identify four men accused of hijacking a pedicab in Hell's Kitchen, police said.
A 27-year-old pedicab driver parked his vehicle in front of 731 Ninth Avenue, located between West 49th and 50th streets, on Saturday night to grab some dinner, police said. When he returned to the spot 15 minutes later, the pedicab was gone.
NYPD investigators reviewed surveillance footage from the area and determined that four men stole the vehicle while the driver was inside, police said. The men fled the scene on the pedicab in an unknown direction.

Police released photos of the four suspects (seen above) taken by surveillance cameras near the scene of the crime.
