Here are the top stories today in Miller Place-Rocky Point:

1. Police identified the man killed in a crash on Route 347 Monday morning. Brendan Haverty of Riverhead, 26, a passenger, was pronounced dead at the scene. Four others were injured. (News 12)
2. A woman, 39, was seriously injured in a single-car crash in Medford around 1:30 a.m. Monday. She was driving eastbound on Horseblock Road and veered off the roadway and struck a tree in front of 2975 Horseblock Road. (Patch)
3. West Lake Music will open in Port Jefferson this summer, selling vintage instruments and local artwork. The first location of the business is in Patchogue. (Greater Long Island)
