1. A Centereach man, John Mann Jr., 19, was arrested on Friday and is accused of killing Henry Hernandez, who was 16, of Riverhead. His remains were found in Centereach in March 2020, according to police. (Patch)
2. A Wading River couple has found out a donor heart has been found for their second child, who is one years old. Brian and Ashley Cotter's first baby, Ruby June, received a heart transplant and their second child, also needs a new heart. (Patch)
3. Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone raised a pride flag in Hauppauge Friday afternoon to kick off the weekend's Pride celebration. Bellone says that "Pride Month is about celebrating the progress that has been made and understanding differences that exist in the community." (News 12)
