Rocky Point School District Hosts Swoopin’ And Hoopin’ Basketball Game

Rocky Point School District administrators, teachers, coaches and support staff participated in the recent successful Swoopin’ and Hoopin’ basketball game. It was a night filled with cheers, laughs and camaraderie to raise money for the school’s Kids in Need Fund. Under the leadership and coordination of high school teachers Jenessa Eilers and Carly Tribby, the event raised $2,000 this year.

Eilers and Tribby thanked everyone who supported the event. “We had a great team of districtwide staff volunteers, raffle baskets donated from all over and participants from every building,” they said.
