Man Breaks Into Albertson Pizzeria Window, Charged With Burglary: NCPD

A Nassau man was arrested Sunday night after he was found near a broken front pizzeria window, police say.

ALBERTSON, NY — A 21-year-old man from Bellerose was arrested and charged with burglary Sunday night, police say, after he was found near a broken pizzeria window.

Andrew Kearney was found behind Vincent's Pizzeria, at 1004 Willis Ave., Nassau police reported, at 11 p.m. An officer on patrol saw the glass of the pizzeria's front window break and then located Kearney.

He is charged with burglary in the 3rd degree, and criminal mischief.
