Man Intentionally Pulls Fire Alarm Without Cause At Nassau County Supreme Court: Police
Upon his arrest, Connor McCoy got violent as he bit a detective on the forearm, police say.
MINEOLA, NY — A Levittown man was placed into custody on Thursday morning after intentionally pulling the fire alarm at Nassau County Supreme Court without cause, police said.
As a result, the building was evacuated.
The investigation determined Connor McCoy, 19, was responsible for the incident, authorities said.

Detectives responded to his residence, where he became violent and combative, police said.
While attempting to place McCoy under arrest, he bit a detective on his right forearm, police said.

The detective was evaluated and treated at a local hospital.
McCoy is charged with first-degree falsely reporting an incident, second-degree assault
and resisting arrest, police said.
He was scheduled to be arraigned on Friday at First District Court in Mineola.
