Suffolk Man Killed In Crash On Northern State Parkway
Police say his motorcycle hit the guard rail and he was thrown into the woods.
NASSAU COUNTY, NY — New York State Police are investigating a fatal crash on the Northern State Parkway that occurred early Thursday morning.
According to police, a motorcyclist was heading west on the Northern State Parkway shortly afte 1 a.m. when it struck the guide rail near exit 29A in Old Westbury. The motorcyclist — Jose Campos-Orellana, 28, of Bay Shore — was thrown from the motorcycle into the woods.
Campos-Orellana was pronounced dead at the scene.
