A pair of Bronx men caught traveling through Rockland with 10 pounds of marijuana have been indicted on counts of criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree, District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said.
Andre Lewis, 31, and Fabian Solomon, 27, were indicted by a grand jury last week. Zugibe said the two were caught with the drug in early May while motoring down Route 202 in Pomona.
The men were initially stopped for vehicle and traffic law issues, officials said.
