LONG ISLAND, NY — Early voting begins Saturday in advance of the general election on November 4. Here's what Long Islanders need to know.

Early voting begins on Saturday, Oct. 25. The voter registration deadline is also on Saturday.

If you are registered and want to apply for a mail-in ballot, your application must be received by the Board of Elections no later than Oct. 25 as well.
