GREENPORT, NY — An East Marion man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated after a Greenport crash recently, police said.
According to Southold Town police, the incident took place on August 24 on North Road. Juan Cano Ramirez, 24, was involved in the crash and was found to be intoxicated; he was arrested and charged with DWI, police said.
He was transported to Southold Town police headquarters for processing and held pending arraignment at Southold Town Justice Court, police said.
