Woman Charged With DWI After Southold Crash: Police

SOUTHOLD, NY — An 83-year-old woman was arrested and charged with driving with intoxicated Friday after a Southold crash, police said.

According to Southold Town police, the incident took place at 10:38 p.m. on South Harbor Road. Margaret Brown struck a parked vehicle while driving north on South Harbor Road, police said.

She was found to be intoxicated, arrested, charged with DWI and taken to Southold Town police headquarters for processing, police said.
