Purpose: 1. to award the Electrical Portion of the Waste Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.
2. to approve payment to Gannett Fleming for costs associated to the Waste Water Treatment
Plant Upgrade.
3. to hire a Part time Plans examiner (assistant to the Village Administrator)
