The Northport Chamber of Commerce has set the date for its second Cash Mob event to be held Feb. 5 at Skipper's Pub.
The "mob" will gather at Skipper's for drinks and light fare, then the surprise business to be "mobbed" will be announced. Everyone will spend at least a set amount of money at the store to enrich Northport's downtown businesses.
The first Chamber Cash Mob began at Main Street Cafe. The mob then went to Artisan House to shop. Read more here.
