Suffolk Police Report: Intent to Sell Drugs; Robbery

Second precinct arrests, Jan. 26- Feb. 3

The following was taken from the Suffolk County Police arrest blotter. An arrest does not indicate a conviction as all persons are presumed innocent until, and if, proven guilty in a court of law.

  • Ryan Swallow, 20, from Huntington was arrested in Huntington and charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, intent to sell narcotic drugs.
  • Ginamarie Leogrande, 21, from Lloyd Harbor was arrested in Huntington and charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, intent to sell narcotic drugs.
  • Jose Sanchez, 42, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with second degree criminal trespass.
  • Eric Guzman, 36, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with assault with intent to cause serious physical injury.
  • Edmond Murphyedouazin, 26, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
  • Robert Cagle, 48, from Roosevelt Island was arrested in Huntington and charged with second degree possession of a forged instrument.
  • Cristian Cortez, 29, from Huntington Station was arrested in Lloyd Harbor and charged with third degree burglary illegal entry with intent.
  • Giovani Tabora, 34, from Huntington Station was arrested in Lloyd harbor and charged with third degree burglary illegal entry with intent.
  • Luis Rodriguez, 28, from New York was arrested in Huntington and charged with second degree robbery causing physical injury.
  • Jose Roberto, 43, from unknown was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with second degree robbery aided by another.
  • Jose Espinoza, 39, from Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with second degree robbery aided by another.
