BROOKLYN, NY — Santa-dressed dogs, golden trees and a "whimsical" holiday forest are among the expertly-decorated holiday windows Brooklynites will find strolling down Atlantic Avenue this season.

They are also among the winners of the Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corporation's annual holiday display contest, which had 20 businesses between Fourth Avenue and Hicks Street adorn their storefronts with festive decorations.

The nonprofit announced its six winners, including honorable mentions, on Monday.
