EAST PATCHOGUE, NY — A three-vehicle crash snarled traffic along Sunrise Highway in East Patchogue, slowing traffic down on Tuesday morning, Suffolk police said. It happened at around 7 a.m. in the westbound lane, near Exit 54, according to police. No one was hurt, police said.
