Blue Point Brewing Hosting 'Shakedown On Main Street' Wednesday
The music and community event will celebrate "4/20" and recreational cannabis at the Patchogue Village brewery.
PATCHOGUE, NY — Wednesday is April 20, otherwise known as "4/20" or the unofficial recreational cannabis holiday and a Patchogue brewery is getting into the spirit. Blue Point Brewery is hosting "Shakedown on Main Street" from 3 to 9 p.m. in their parking lot and in the brewery with music and other community events.
"With the legalization of recreational cannabis in New York comes exciting new moments in time," an announcement from Blue Point explains.
The event will be headlined by funk band LETTUCE.

Other attractions include a performance from Tom Hamilton of JRAD, glass blowing demonstrations, a DJ, local vendors, a skate shop demonstration and an art wall.
Blue Point will serve its beers at a brew garden with Terpene brews and a "munchie menu."
