Brookhaven Animal Shelter Offering Adoption Discounts In August
It's all part of a program called "Summer Loving."
BROOKHAVEN, NY — The Town of Brookhaven Animal Shelter and Adoption Center are offering discounted dog and cat adoptions in August.
Normal adoption fees are $140 and will be discounted to $65 during the “Summer Loving” promotion. The fee includes free neuter or spay, vaccinations, microchip, license, FIV/FELV, flea and fecal testing.
Anyone interested in adopting a dog or cat should visit the shelter, which is located at 300 Horseblock Rd. It is open Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
