Patchogue-Medford’s Addison Ruland Named to Newsday’s Top Girls Soccer Players List
Addison Received All-County and All-State Fifth Team Honors in Junior Season

MEDFORD, NEW YORK—Patchogue-Medford High School senior forward Addison Ruland was named to Newsday’s Top 100 Long Island High School Girls Soccer Players. A four-year starter on the varsity team, Addison has achieved success throughout her career on the field for Patchogue-Medford.
“Addison is a quick, skillful player with a natural goal-scoring ability,” said Patchogue-Medford High School head girls varsity soccer coach Christopher Grieco. “She is a constant threat on the field.”
Addison led the team in scoring for the 2024-2025 season, finishing with eight goals and six assists. She was recognized for her skill with All-County honors and was selected for the All-State Fifth Team. Previously, Addison received All-Conference honors as a sophomore.
