Residents Escape Fire On 2nd Floor Of Patchogue Home: Police
Arson Squad detectives are investigating, Suffolk police say.
PATCHOGUE, NY — The residents of a Patchogue home were able to escape to safety after a fire broke out on the second floor on Monday night, Suffolk police said.
Officers were called to the scene of the Terry Street fire just before 11 p.m., and saw that it was active on the second floor, police said, adding that all of the residents were able to get out in time.
The fire was extinguished by the Patchogue Fire Department, with the help of North Patchogue and Blue Point fire departments, according to authorities.
