The Robert Cray Band To Play On Long Island
The Grammy Award winner is best know for "The Smoking Gun."
LONG ISLAND, NY — The Robert Cray Band is coming to the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts on April 12.
The Georgia-born, Washington-raised Cray first picked up a guitar after seeing The Beatles on TV and then, having witnessed Jimi Hendrix perform in Seattle, he determined his destiny would also follow a similar path. The performer, best known for tunes like,"The Smoking Gun," has done just that over the past half century.
