'Sesame Street Live, Say Hello!' Coming To Long Island

The audience can sing, dance, and play alongside their favorite characters while following Elmo's puppy, Tango, in a game of hide and seek.

PATCHOGUE, NY — Sesame Street's beloved characters, Elmo, Abby Cadabby, and Cookie Monster, and their friends will visit a Long Island neighborhood this spring.

"Sesame Street Live, Say Hello!" is set to unfold at the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts on March 21. The audience can sing, dance, and play alongside their favorite characters, all while following Elmo’s puppy, Tango, in a game of hide and seek.

Show producers Round Room Live founder and co-president Stephen Shaw said staffers are "overjoyed and honored to be collaborating with Sesame Workshop to bring a brand-new tour of Sesame Street Live to stages across the U.S. and Canada."

“Round Room Live has a long history of exciting, innovative, and engaging productions, and we’re thrilled to combine our dedication to premium, unforgettable entertainment with the beloved characters of Sesame Street in an interactive musical adventure that will create memorable experiences for families of all ages," he added.

Tickets for the show run from $56 to $106.
