First grade - TSEOL

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?
She is only 24 years old with two years in the district and has gone above and beyond for her class. She shows up every morning an hour before class starts ready to inspire her students with the ability to learn new things. She is continually decorating/upgrading her classroom with themed bulletin boards, and decorative yet educational signs making her classroom as cozy as can be for her students to feel welcome.

She adores all her students and all of the parents are seeing how much Taylor goes above and beyond for each and every one. She comes home with a smile on her face and with inspirational stories about how she was able to help her students overcome certain challenges. She is also a dance teacher after school hours and I feel the energy she exhibits in her class is in part from all the experience she has in dance. She is organized, yet spontaneous, gentle but firm, and most importantly kind and patient.

I am so proud of the woman and teacher she has become and I am so happy she is now a positive role model to all those who are fortunate to be in her class.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?
She is empathetic to everyone's individual needs.
