Community Update

On December 14, 2013, Port Chester Police charged Gregorio Gutierrez-Garcia, 29 of 224 William Street, Port Chester, NY with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree, which is an E Class Felony, according to Lt. James Ladeairous, of the Port Chester Police Department.






Gutierrez-Garcia was asked to leave Kaylee's restaurant at 2:45 am because he was intoxicated. Video surveillance shows at 3 am, Gutierrez-Garcia slashing the tires on the owner's car and walking to the front of the restaurant and shattering the glass on the front door, according Lt James Ladeairous, of the Port Chester Police Department.






Police said, that at approximately 4pm the same day, the complainant saw Gutierrez-Garcia walking on William Street and called the police.






Police spoke to Gutierrez-Garcia and he admitted to causing the damages and said that he would pay for the damages, but didn't have enough money.



The complainant told the police that he wanted Gutierrez-Garcia arrested, according to Lt James Ladeairous, of the Port Chester Police Department.
