New Rochelle Man Charged with DWI After Hitting Car, Pole in Port Chester
Police: New Rochelle man had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.

A New Rochelle man was charged with drunken driving after he crashed into a parked car and hit a utility pole on South Main Street, according to Port Chester Police.
Arsenio Patricio, 36, of 75 Fifth Ave., New Rochelle, was not injured in the 9 p.m. Friday accident at the Slater Street intersection. But police said Patricio was found to be intoxicated and he had more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in his system.
A Port Chester village officer found a wrecked Dodge Neon at a utility police. The car had front end damage and the air bags had deployed. During the investigation of the accident, police said a Honda with damage to its rear end was found nearby.
Police said Patricio is accused of hitting the parked car before slamming into the pole. Police said a hub cap from the Neon was found with the damaged Honda.
Patricio was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, both misdemeanors. He faces a hearing in Port Chester Village Court.
