Stretch Of I-95 Reopens After Wreck: NYS Thruway Authority
The crash this morning has closed all Southbound lanes of the New England Thruway near the NY border.

PORT CHESTER, NY — A crash on I-95 caused significant traffic delays in Westchester County near the New York/Connecticut state line.
UPDATE: As of 12:17 p.m. the New York State Thruway Authority reports that all lanes are now reopened, but delays may still exist.
All lanes were blocked on I-95 southbound at exit 21 due to a crash. "Motorists should expect delays and may wish to use alternate routes," according to an alert this morning from the New York State Thruway Authority.

According to the latest information, the accident occurred at milepost 14.3 near Port Chester at exit 21. Southbound traffic was being diverted off of the New England Thruway ahead of the crash scene.
