Georgia Pacific Marketing VP Headlines BCW TAMI Talks

The program to be held November 10 at Manhattanville College.

RYE BROOK, NY (November 3, 2016) – Continuing its series on the exciting and fast-growing field of Technology Advertising Media and Information (TAMI), The Business Council of Westchester in partnership with Manhattanville College is presenting the next installment of TAMI Talks, a stimulating interview with leaders in innovative technology.

The program, which will be held November 10 from 8:00-9:30 a.m. at Manhattanville College, will feature Michael Dunn, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer and Innovation Development for Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products LP. Dunn is responsible for envisioning, building and driving demand creation strategies on innovation, products, services and programs for all the segments and channels Georgia-Pacific serves. He will speak about the impact of technology on business in the future.

Dunn, who led the team that developed the enMotion Touchless towel dispenser for public washrooms, believes that “predictive analysis” will be the wave of the future with companies mashing data to come up with ways to alert the public to health outbreaks or predict consumer needs in advance. He said Georgia Pacific is attracting Millennial employees who believe in the value of using data and new technologies to create new markets of the future.

“I urge everyone to attend this fascinating program to gain insight into the future of business and how we in Westchester can be at the center of the TAMI revolution,’’ said BCW President and CEO Marsha Gordon.
