A worker cleaning kitchen equipment on the sidewalk and street in downtown Port Chester was cited with two violations for the mess he was making, according to Port Chester Police.

Port Chester Police Officer Tom Krempa, on bicycle patrol on North Main Street, at about 2:15 p.m. Tuesday spotted an employee of Allstate Exhaust of the Bronx working in front of 132 N.
