Port Jefferson Students Perform at Barnes & Noble Fundraiser

Members of the Earl L. Vandermeulen High School’s Tri-M Music Honor Society teamed up with Tri-M chapters from Miller Place and Shoreham-Wading River to perform at Barnes & Noble at the Smith Haven Mall. The unique performance served as a benefit for the Andrew McMorris Foundation.

“This was a great event, such an eclectic array of music genres and all the students were so talented,” music teacher and Tri-M adviser Christine Creighton said of the event that showcased the accomplishments of Port Jefferson student-musicians.
