Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

"Mrs. Gober is a dynamic, think-outside-of-the-box teacher who has inspired and mentored many students and has brought 'history to life' through her projects, guest speakers and lessons."

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

"For 13 years Mrs. Gober has invited veterans to share their stories of their time in military service with her students. The guests have included vets from WWII, Korea, Vietnam, and the more recent conflicts. She works with the students to create questions for each guest. Some of her prior students, who have gone on to serve in the military, have returned to participate. In this way she is bringing history to life and giving voice to those vets who often don't have the opportunity to tell their story."
