Nassau Police Charge 5 With DWI

Nassau County Police reported the following driving while intoxicated incidents. Charges are accusations and do not imply guilt.

• Aug. 11— George L. Martinez, 24, of Far Rockaway, charged on S Franklin Street and Fulton Avenue in Hempstead.
• Aug. 12— Yves Telemaque, 42, of Miami, charged on Linden Boulevard and N Central Avenue in Valley Stream
• Aug. 15— Maximo A. Vasquez, Jr., 29, of New York, charged on N Service Road and Community Drive in Manhasset.
• Aug. 16— Austin Joseph Robinson, 24, of Glen Cove, charged on Northern Boulevard in Manhasset.
• No Date Listed: Benjamin L. Nabavian, 30, of Great Neck, charged on Northern Boulevard and E Shore Road in Great Neck.
