D'Urso Re-Elected To 16th Assembly District

Residents headed to the polls on Tuesday.

Voters re-elected incumbent Anthony D'Urso in the New York State 16th assembly district election on Tuesday.

Democrat D'Urso defeated Republican Byron Divins Jr. in the state assembly election, according to unofficial results.

With 100 percent of precincts reporting, D'Urso has 27,555 votes compared to 17,068 votes for Divins.

The 16th Assembly District consists of parts of Great Neck, Kings Point, Lake Success, Manhasset, Port Washington, Manorhaven, Sands Point, North Hills, Roslyn Heights and more. Check out the district map here.
