Vape Shop Owner In Port Washington Charged With Selling THC: Police
On Wednesday, Nassau investigators found products with THC were being sold at 360 Vape and Smoke Shop.
PORT WASHINGTON, NY — A Port Washington vape shop owner was arrested and charged with illegally selling products containing THC, Nassau police announced Thursday.
Vice squad detectives investigated 360 Vape and Smoke Shop, 41B Main St., and arrested Shengming Jin, 33 on Wednesday. Police say he was selling products with THC, the active ingredient in marijuana.
Shengming Jin was charged with the criminal sale of a controlled substance and will be arraigned Thursday in Hempstead.
