CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — A Crown Heights outpost of the acclaimed Park Slope bakery Winner is now open.

Chef Daniel Eddy announced plans to open What's In a Name, or WIN, earlier this year, and last week the butcher/sandwich/bakery shop finally dished out their first pounds of meat, according to their Instagram.

The shop will offer baked goods, sandwiches and butchered meats — for Saturday pickup only — at 747 Franklin Ave., in the old location of Hunky Dory.

At night, WIN becomes a bar, but the advertised closing time of 6 p.m. might indicate the night service is yet to come online.

Back in early October, another one of Eddy's outfits, a wine bar next to the original Winner location in Park Slope called Runner Up, was awarded a coveted spot on Michelin's 2022 Bib Gourmand list.
