Suspect Revealed In Fatal Shooting At Crown Heights Albany Houses
Police released surveillance video of the shooting, which killed 22-year-old Roshad Twells on Sunday.

CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Police are asking the public's help to find the person who shot a 22-year-old man outside the Albany Houses on Sunday.
The NYPD released video Wednesday of the moment Roshad Twells, who lived in the Troy Avenue building, was shot in the chest just after 1 a.m., according to police. He was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
In the video, the suspect walks out of the public housing building, shopping bags at hand, before doubling back and opening fire on Twells and another person standing near the door, according to the video.
