CROWN HEIGHTS, BROOKLYN — Franklin Avenue finally gets a Winner.

The ever-popular Michelin-awarded Park Slope bakery Winner is finally planning its opening in within the month, according to Eater NY.

Earlier this year, the acclaimed chef, Daniel Eddy, presented his plans in front of Community Board Eight to open in the recently shuttered Hunky Dory location at 747 Franklin Ave., near Sterling Place.

While the new shop will feature its acclaimed baked goods, sandwiches, rotisserie chickens and other meat products, Eater NY reports, plans for a full-fledged butcher shop were kiboshed.

Instead, Eddy plans to revive his butchery dreams at the site of a former Fleishers Craft Butchery, at 192 Fifth ave, near Berkeley Place in Park Slope.

At the Franklin Avenue location, Winner will also operate an evening casual bar called What's In A Name, possibly also offering light pub fare.

Back in early October, another one of Eddy's outfits, a wine bar next to the original Winner location in Park Slope called Runner Up, was awarded a coveted spot on Michelin's 2022 Bib Gourmand list.
