QUEENS, NY — A man faces a murder charge in a 2021 Queens killing connected to a spasm of gang violence that claimed the life of an innocent mother, according to cops and a report.

The March 23, 2021, slay unfolded just weeks and a block away from where a gunman's stray bullet killed Gudelia Vallinas, a 37-year-old mother and innocent bystander who was walking home from the store.
