NYPD Crossing Guard Arrested In Queens For Threatening Neighbor
The off-duty school crossing guard had threatened to "beat the s---" out of her Far Rockaway neighbor, the New York Post reported.
FAR ROCKAWAY, QUEENS — An off-duty NYPD school crossing guard was arrested Wednesday in the Rockaways for threatening a neighbor, according to police.
Far Rockaway resident Danyaal McClendon, 33, had texted a neighbor threatening to "beat the s---" out of her, the New York Post reported.
They lived in the same apartment building and had previously been fighting, though it's unclear what prompted the argument, according to the Post.

Police arrested McClendon just before 10 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of aggravated harassment, an NYPD spokesperson said.
