- Nazieer Basir, 22, was recently sentenced to 17 years in prison for manslaughter in the first degree. The Queens man was involved in a botched shootout in Ozone Park where an unintended target was shot in the head and killed in 2020. - Kenneth Petty, rap star Nicki Minaj's husband, went to the Brooklyn Federal Court to contest a medium-risk sex offender status on his record from a 2004 case in the Queens Supreme Court.
