Teen Killed His Queens Landlord Found With Scratches On Her Face: NYPD

Davi Vidal, 19, faces a murder charge in the death of Leo Zoraida, 55, whose scratched body was discovered Tuesday in the home they shared.

QUEENS, NY — A teenaged tenant killed his Queens landlord whose body was found with scratches on her face, police said.

Davi Vidal, 19, faces a murder charge in the death of Leo Zoraida, 55, authorities said.

Vidal's arrest Tuesday came hours after Zoraida's body was found inside an apartment in 32-32 96th Street, near Northern Boulevard, NYPD officials said.

Both Vidal and Zoraida lived inside the building, where Zoraida was the landlord and the teen was the tenant, police told Patch.

Police didn't provide Patch with information on what led to the killing.
