To construct a mixed-use building within a “Business A District” which requires a ten foot (10’) front yard setback where zero feet (0’) front yard is proposed, fifty six (56) parking spaces required for the medical office use where zero(0) parking spaces are provided, where roof top dining is proposed which requires approval of the Board of Appeals and is subject to a substantial Occupancy Permit from the Board of Appeals.Premises known as 24 South Park Avenue

We the residents of the Village of Rockville Centre
Oppose the proposed development listed above This location is not be acceptable for a building this size.It does not fit the the character of our community at this location.Were all adjacent building are one story high. Our mom & pop business relies on the parking space in our parking lots for there survival.Bringing in a over sized building like this that has no plan parking is not acceptable for the community or our existing businesses.This proposal has not even one positive response that I have heard from any resident living in the Village of RVC.Thank You in advance for a NO vote to construction this unacceptable proposal.
