HEMPSTEAD, NY — A crash on the Southern State Parkway Wednesday afternoon blocked the right shoulder, 511ny.org reported.
The incident took place westbound at Exit 23 (Meadowbrook Road).
It happened just after 1:30 p.m., causing delays back to Bellmore Road, until it was cleared, according to 511ny.org.
