RYE, NY — A frightening crash on a Westchester County interstate-highway made the morning commute a test of patience, but remarkably, no serious injuries were reported.
Early Wednesday morning, around 5:30 a.m., New York State Police troopers responded to a rollover tractor-trailer crash on I-287 eastbound, on the Exit 12 ramp to I-95 northbound, in Rye.

The closure continued while crews removed the crashed vehicle and debris, and repaired the damaged guardrail.
Westchester County emergency medical services took the driver of the tractor-trailer to Stamford Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
