Westchester Road Closures Due To President Biden's Greenwich Visit
The road closures will take place after 3 p.m. and again later in the evening, after 6:30 p.m.

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY — President Biden's visit to Greenwich is expected to cause traffic woes near the Westchester County Airport.
The Westchester County Police Department warned motorists to expect delays on local and major highways around the Westchester County Airport Friday afternoon, and to seek alternate routes during the late afternoon/early evening commute.
According to the White House, the president is expected to arrive at Westchester County Airport around 4 p.m. and then attend a campaign reception Friday evening in Greenwich, a little after 5 p.m.

Rye Brook police have posted that traffic on King Street will be affected after 3 p.m. There will be temporary road closures, so the public is asked to avoid the area at that time.
Police said that there should be approximately 30-minute closures when President Biden leaves the Westchester County Airport and again when he returns after 6:30 p.m.

Residents of BelleFair will not be able to travel on King Street while the road is closed.
Rye Brook police posted an update Friday night saying that President Biden’s visit to the area was completed and they thanked everyone for their patience, cooperation and understanding, especially if they found themselves stuck in traffic. All roads were re-opened.
