Yogurt Shop, Hen Island Property, AYC Violation on Planning Commission Agenda

The Rye Planning Commission will meet on Sept. 10 at 7 p.m.

They are expected to discuss a proposal to build a yogurt shop at 100 Purchase Street, a Hen Island property owner proposing to reconstruct the existing shoreline interface with a concrete seawall, an American Yacht Club wetland permit violation and several other agenda items.
