Sachem Schools Student To Appear On Cooking Show Tuesday Night

Connor Frank, a student from Sachem School District, will appear Tuesday night on the Food Network show Chopped Junior.

Chopped Junior is a variant of the well-known cooking competition show Chopped. Adolescents between the ages of 9 and 15 compete to wow the judges with their appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The winner of the competition receives $10,000.

"I like cooking because I love to eat, and my dad, he only makes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches," said Frank in a promotional video for the episode.
