SAYVILLE, NY — A year ago, gourmet cheese shop and eatery American Cheese closed its doors after ten years in Sayville. But this past weekend, the business reopened, in a new, slightly smaller, spot.
American Cheese had a soft opening Saturday at its new location in the renovated Thornhill's Pharmacy building at 2 Main St. Sayville N Spice occupies the next door space in the newly-restored historic building.
