SMITHTOWN, NY — A crash on the Northern State Parkway near the Smithtown—Hauppauge divide caused two of three left lanes to close Thursday morning, according to 511 NY. The lanes have since reopened, according to 511 NY.
The crash was reported at 9:51 a.m. and happened on the parkway, westbound at Veterans Memorial Highway; NY 347 (Smithtown), according to 511 NY.
